The BLX24R/SM58 System with SM58, an industry-standard, highly versatile cardioid dynamic vocal microphone, tailored to deliver warm and clear vocal reproduction combines simple setup and an intuitive interface for performance you can trust.
The Shure BLX24R/SM58 brings performers and presenters a cost-effective wireless handheld microphone system with quality sound, simple setup, intuitive operation, and dependable performance right out of the box. It includes the rugged BLX4R single-channel receiver with LCD display, adjustable output level, and removable antennas for rackmounting the unit—ideal for sound-reinforcement applications in small venues, wedding halls, and houses of worship.
The BLX24R/SM58 also includes a handheld transmitter equipped with the legendary SM58 cardioid dynamic capsule, an industry standard for vocalists and announcers. The receiver features one-touch QuickScan frequency selection to quickly search 123 available frequencies and locate a clean RF channel in case of interference. The system provides up to 14 hours of continuous use with two AA batteries, at a range up to 300'. Up to 12 mic channels can operate simultaneously in each frequency band.
The BLX1 bodypack transmitter accommodates a wide range of hands-free microphone options including lavalier, headset, instrument, and earset models to adapt your BLX system as your needs evolve:
- The WL185 lavalier mic and discrete MX153 sub-miniature earset mic provide exceptional clarity in spoken word applications.
- The PGA31 is a comfortable, durable headset microphone for active performance.
- Instrumentalists can attach the WB98H/C flexible gooseneck instrument microphone for brass, woodwind, and percussion applications.
- The WA302 guitar cable lets you connect to a guitar or bass.
